This was our first Airbnb experience. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy Checkin was to complete. Monique and Leo are very responsive hosts. The house was neat, clean, and comfortable. Stores and shopping 5 minutes away. Great park for children. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hosts, place, and location!

We stayed here for over 2 months. It was truly a home away from home. The place was as clean and exceeded our expectations in its comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a great view to the backyard and to the seating area making it ideal for watching kids play in the backyard while getting chores done. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The home is right next door to a beautiful park with a nice playground that the kids absolutely adored. The location is incredibly convenient. Any store or need you can think of is within 5 to 10 minutes away. The hosts were some of the kindest, most genuine people we have met. They responded immediately to any messages sent their way and were easily available in person if needed. Thank you Monique and Leo for making your home available. All we asked was for a home that was safe, clean, and comfortable and we got that plus can say that some of the most beautiful, cherished memories we have made with our children were in your home.

We stayed at Monique and Leo's house for over five weeks, and it was an incredible experience. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and provided us with everything we needed. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, especially with its proximity to the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house's layout is fantastic, and it was very clean with everything in great condition. Monique and Leo are exceptional hosts, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions. They were always prompt in responding to our inquiries, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the Houston/Sugar Land area. You won't be disappointed!
