The third bedroom has a set of bunks for the kids, which you will need to bring your own linen and towels for - single bed sized linen and doona cover. Nest controlled Hydronic Heating, ceiling fans throughout, an ambient gas log fire downstairs and R/C air conditioning to the upstairs living area ensure you are comfortable across all seasons. The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer. An additional study/reading room is available for a quiet ready spot or remote workers.
