We had a great stay, Moxxi responded very quickly to any queries. We all moved the pool and the house was huge.

Fabulous house, the ‘back’ lounge area with huge windows wrapping around was where we spent most of our time while at the house and enjoyed the great views. Very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. The fifties layout is a bit of fun. The host was responsive and friendly at all times.

The inside of this home is beautiful, light, spacious has lovely new bathrooms and great kitchen facilities. Unfortunately we were the next guests after a long term stay and had numerous issues some regarding a few indoor amenities but mostly our issue was regarding the outside spaces. The place did not depict the photos. We booked especially to enjoy the lovely gardens and that crystal clear pool. Unfortunately the garden was a jungle and the pool was murky and cloudy. Disappointed that the courtyard camera was not disclosed to us before arrival. The moxxi team were responsive to our issues and attempted to fix what they could during our stay. 2 days of our stay was trying to negotiate repairs. Unfortunately they did not take responsibility for these issues or compensate us in anyway. Great location, close to shopping centre and Launceston city centre. We did not receive the 5 star holiday accommodation we expected. I just wish it had of been properly checked before our arrival!
