Come enjoy lake life! Brown’s Boathouse is on the private side (warm side) of the lake and provides a cozy sanctuary while you visit the lake and surrounding areas. We offer lake views/access. Gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores under the starlit sky. Finally, take a soak in the hot tub. We are close to wineries , breweries, state parks and so much history! We sleep 6 adults with additional bunk space for 2 kids . Great for small families , a couples weekend or a girls getaway! Make yourself at home in our cozy little cottage . Had to schedule a last minute stay while working in the area, and found this place. The host, Danette, was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house was fantastic, very clean and cozy, with all the amenities. An excellent location as well, in a nice quiet neighborhood near Lake Anna. The host was super responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond. All in all, one of the best experiences I've had staying through AirBnB, and I am absolutely looking forward to coming back in the future.
Danette’s place looked just like the pictures. The house was cozy and very well decorated. It had a modern cozy feel. The hot tub and fire pit were definitely a plus! The kitchen had everything you needed and Danette was even nice enough to let us use what was in the pantry and fridge. The long driveway was great for my kids riding their scooters and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Danette checked in with us and made sure to give food recommendations. We were looking for a place to relax and have family time away from the city and this was the perfect place! We would definitely recommend and come again. Thanks Danette!
