Location is perfect next to the lift with a 2km walk to Kirchberg. The main road is right next to the house so some road noise is to be expected. The house was well insulated so not disturbingly loud at all. Really nice flat, will come again

We had an amazing family stay at this property over Christmas. The property has everything you need and is located right next to the ski lift. The added touch of a Christmas tree finished off the decor, which was beautiful through the property. A daily soak in the hot tub and relaxing in the steam room helped to ease the aches from skiing. took a bay trip to innsbruck, which was an easy drive and well worth the visit. the property has amazing views and is in the perfect location for both skiing and getting into the local towns....would love to come back again....

Beautiful apartment, spacious! Furnishings are top quality, beds are comfortable. Bathrooms updated and luxurious. Location is right on the main road so traffic noise notable from front porch. However, location across from ski lift and grocery store is very convenient. Would stay again.

This was wonderful place to stay it was very nice experience .with very hospitable host .Mr Riegler Franz was very friendly and helpful he was in our reception and welcoming us explaining every thing Trying his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible . . Great place to stay very clean bed is comfy closed from kitzbuhel center . It’s highly recommended. Definitely will book the chalet again if I am going to come again next Time . Best regards

We loved the place so much. It was very cozy and spacious, and we really enjoyed our stay there!!, as well as, franz was very kind and helpful and made sure we have a great stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, and maybe come back again during winter time.
