We visited with another family with young kids, and the house was perfectly setup to share. We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, great location, pool and fun to be on the canal. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Lynn’s home was the highlight of our family vacation! First, Lynn’s communication was fantastic and so helpful. The house is beautiful and you can feel the spirit of family as soon as you walk in the door. The upstairs master bedroom had a balcony right off the bedroom and the bathroom had a bidet (kids had a lot of questions about that 😆). The pool was perfect, and The location was great, on a very quiet road, and directly on a canal. it was a 4-5 minute golf cart ride away from the beach. The kids were fishing off the dock every chance they got. We found a cute little bait shop about 5 minutes away called real life bait and tackle, they had fishing poles and everything needed for us to fish! I will be back every chance I get! The only note I have for future renters is get some good bug spray if you’re going to fish at night.. those mosquitoes are very friendly at night around dusk!

My family and I got the best vacation ever on this house! The location is amaizing, near the beach, and if you have a boat the dock is in great condition. The house is beautifull, the pool and other amenities perfect. again best vacation ever.

Perfect vacation home for our family get-away. Comfortable lounging and dining spots inside and out, beautifully clean house and pool, fabulous location off the Indian River. Lynn Ann made sure we had everything we needed; we would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our four generation family vacation. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the pool was the perfect size and temperature and the bedrooms were a good size. Our only complaint is that the outside TV was not working when we arrived and was not repaired during our stay. If we had any questions, Lynn Ann responded immediately. We would recommend this house for a family getaway.
