The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to cook up a storm plus there is a microwave and Nespresso machine. There is plenty of room to relax in the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with access out to the private and enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property. The house is located within a complex of 7 other houses with a shared driveway but there is parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house. There is pedestrian access to Ned Higgins Lane whether there is further parking should you require it.
