The place location is perfect , but over all outdated and need to be clean better, floor rug was not clean, the sofa has dirty spots, the floor light was missing cover , the sliding door was broken and has never fixed as promised during the text conversation, closet door was broken. The room was booked in a last minute but will never come back.

We’ve stayed at Hyde many times and this one was the first with an Airbnb host. We found the apt to be very dusty (I had to borrow a vaccum), no 2 glasses were of the same kind so I bought my own, no decent coffee mugs, very dirty rugs, missing tiles in the shower, old towels, locks in the balcony didnt work and I was there with a 4 year-old boy. This is a 41st floor… The apt need LOTS of maintenance. Would not stay here again. I’d rather spend a few more bucks and rent directly with the hotel.

The place was absolutely wonderful, and the view was simply amazing. Top floor ocean and city views, just beautiful daytime and night. I love the huge balcony that both bedrooms can access. The home was very clean and perfect for an impromptu couple’s trip. Great amenities and Check-in/out was simple. Michael was helpful although a little slow to respond but I have no complaints about the place at all. Five stars
