Ridgemont House delivers an amazing tropical holiday experience with expansive ocean views, private pool, a large quiet garden and glimpses of the world-famous Piton mountains. Located in the prestigious Cap Estate area, the property is within minutes to multiple beaches, restaurants, shopping, beauty spots and is a 5 minute walk to the island’s 18 hole golf course. Ridgemont is newly built, stand-alone house set in a large, landscaped garden with private parking. The property offers all the privacy and tranquility you need to make you holiday a memorable experience. Exquisitely designed with a bright, traditional Caribbean exterior, the property is finished with all the modern amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. • The main living/dining area has a light airy feel, with multiple windows to allow in light and has two suspended ceiling fans for added comfort. • The living space is uniquely fitted with both 110V and 220V, so weather you hail from the US, UK or Europe, your electronic devices should be chargeable. • The double doors open onto the large balcony, overlooking your own private pool, bbq deck, garden and stunning views across Rodney Bay. • The well-equipped kitchen is finished with a black granite counter- top with a walk in pantry. The kitchen will be stocked with the basics and should meet your groups needs on the day of your arrival. Our on island team, will be happy offer recommendations on food shopping. Kitchen and Dining . Full self-catering modern kitchen, with partly stocked pantry and BBQ pit outside. . For a reasonable cost, guests can order from our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Our chef will bring the food to you. Cleaning • For 3 nightly stays linens and cleaning will be undertaken, before and after your stay. • For says 7 days and longer, our cleaners will visit weekly. You will be met by either Michelle or Myself on arrival at the house, we will show you around, give a short briefing and answer any questions. Transfers, car rentals (strongly recommended), and tours can be booked in advance or when you arrive.

Me and 4 friends recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful experience! The villa was perfect for our group, offering spacious, clean, and stylish living. The setting was serene, and we appreciated having our own private space and swimming pool to relax and unwind. A special shout-out goes to our host, Michelle, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. She provided us with detailed information about the area, including the best places to eat, visit, and explore. Her recommendations were spot-on, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Michelle truly went above and beyond when she helped us with an activity we had booked. We had trouble finding the meet-up point, and she went out of her way to take us there to ensure we arrived on time. Her warmth and willingness to assist us made our stay feel extra special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and host. Thank you, Michelle, for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommended this gorgeous villa!
Michelle and Phil are wonderful hosts and their place is beautiful. It felt luxurious. Wonderful views of Rodney bay. Location is ideal for exploring the northern areas of the island. The house is private but close enough to the action. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the pool was an absolute hit. Michelle was very attentive, meeting us at the house and stocking the larder with some food knowing we could not get to the shops till the next day. We had lots of advice on local things to do and where to eat and shop. We did not need to visit a tourist office!! She was always on hand for advice. We also received very helpful information pre arrival from Phil, regarding car hire and taxi transfer from the airport which we followed and it worked out very well. I highly recommend a stay here.

Phil and Michelle were extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the air b n b to the moment we left St Lucia. Highly recommend staying here. Their recommendations and level of detail in communication helped us feel at ease and enjoy St Lucia a lot more. Air B n B is in Gros Islet, near Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island. Great spot and we felt safe.

Located in the prestigious Cap Estate area, the property is a 5 minute drive to the stunning Naked Fisherman's beach and is also close to more popular Pigeon Island beach (a 5 minute drive). If you enjoy golf, it is a 5 minute walk to the island’s 18 hole golf course.
Ridgemont is quiet, but connected. We are in close proximity to supermarkets, Rodney Bay, restaurants, multiple tour companies, shopping, beauty spots, taxi's and car rentals (available parking on site).
There is free on-site parking available for up to 3 medium sized cars/SUV.

La Soufriere Drive-In Volcano, Diamond Falls, Hot Mineral Baths, Waterfall visits, Mountain Hikes, Rainforest Skyrides, Mountain Biking, Sea Kayaking, Horesback Riding on the beach, Kitesurfing, 18 hole Golf Course, Parasailing, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkelling/Scuba Diving, jet skiing, Friday Night street parties in Gros Islet, Sunsets near Pigeon Island. Or just stay-in and unwind.
Nearby beaches: Pigeon Island beach (a 5-minute drive, or a 15-20 minute walk). Jacks Beach (5-minute drive) and the popular Reduit Beach (a 10-15 minute drive)
