The villa host, Ratna, was very friendly and helpful. Ratna had to contact the host several times on my behalf because they were slow to respond to me. Overall, my stay went well. Pros: -clean bedrooms/common area -Bali SuperHost helped rectify an issue with a third party vendor. -great breakfast -Ratna helped with all the issues/concerns Cons: -outdoor furniture seemed moldy -Bali Super host were slow with communication (a message would be read but no response would follow sometimes)

Retna and hear team was exceptional. Costumer service was next to none. They even decorated the villa going an extra mile for my mother-in-laws birthday. The villa itself is morethan 5 stars. Location is perfect for family relaxing. Host was very attentive to requests. Very easy access to massages and transport as can be book through the Villa. Highly recommended team and villa. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Retna and team🙏

Absolute Empfehlung an alle die in der Region Ubud unterwegs sein wollen. Tolle zimmer für die ganze Familie. Gemeinschaftsräume für gemeinsame Abende waren stylisch, sauber und gut aufgeteilt! Der Service war sehr gut und die kommunikation sehr schnell und einfach. Bei problemen - schnelle hilfe. Wir kommen wieder.

Overall a really nice villa which looks exactly like the photos. The host Ratna is very nice and responsive and very helpful! The pool is amazing and all the rooms exactly as expected. We enjoyed our stay here overall! The water from the showers does smell funny, unsure why but it was the same in every room. Also the road leading to the villa is very tight which makes it difficult for drivers to get down which meant we had to walk down the road a couple of times where there are stray dogs roaming.

Amazing ! The villa host Ratna is very sweet and helps you to arrange tours and villa massages ( extra cost ) The place is just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean. The location was easy to get grab drivers to , the only downside is that not all large vehicles can get into the tight roads to end where the villa is located but that's okay its a 1 minute walk only . Pool was amazing, we spent tons of time in it !!! Overall its a beautiful quiet loaction for a large group and we would definitely stay again.
