Overall I had a good stay. + The location is awesome, very close to the beach. + They organise a lot of events, so it’s easy to meet people. + Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. + having in suite bathroom is a pro that I did not expect. Some things to be aware of - the soundproofing in the house does not exist. I felt like closing the door & all the windows did not change how well I can hear people talking outside. This could be more or less of an issue depending on what room you get. I had the one upstairs and I could hear people on the terrace up until late (even wearing earplugs). Downstairs seems more quite though - the mattress is not the best quality. I got back pain after staying there for a week Overall I’m satisfied. Thanks for a good time

Jose has a really nice place with good atmosphere. He is very inclusive and make one group of all of his guests. Been here on a workation, and Internet worked well for video meetings as well. I've had a really pleasant stay, thank you Jose.

Very noisy until 1:00, parties, common bathroom and washing machines is next to your room. Have some troubles with girl working while check in, also she tried to cheat and sell surfboard 15eu instead of 10eu twice. Sink was full of dishes for 2 days Nice shared spaces, good location.

Pensábamos que íbamos a una habitación de la casa particular de José , y era un youth hostel lleno de jovenes bebiendo y haciendo mucho ruido . El problema obviamente no es de los jóvenes , sino de José por no avisarnos a dos personas mayores donde nos metíamos. Siempre usamos Booking, está era la primera vez con Airbnb . La última.
