We had 4 adults during our stay and Tim's house provided plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. Tim even included a selection of K cups and snacks as well as soap, toothbrushes, etc, if needed. We will certainly consider this property again if we return to Chestertown.

BORDERING ON PERFECTION Tim’s Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Why? (1) It is very spacious and super clean on the inside. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. There are also two sleep sofas – one in the living room and one in the porch. The air conditioning is great, by the way. (2) Tim’s Airbnb has EVERYTHING you could ever need – a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig and K-cups – drip coffee, coffeemate, sugar/truvia, and filters to make a pot of coffee – 10+ jars of spices including CRAB SEASONING! – a Weber grill out back – and even TSA approved travel kits complete with toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathrooms. Lastly, Tim is a very responsive communicator – quick to text us back and always available via phone. A+ experience overall.

Beautiful location, few steps from Washington college. a very nice house with all amenities. I would go back again with pleasure.
