Pros: - Good location, 10 minutes from station and supermarkets - Large, spacious room. - You get your own small fridge. - Toilet (separate from shower) is clean and well-maintained - Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak French and the host doesn’t speak English), the host was still very responsive and helpful. Cons: - Not the most comfortable bed. The pillows were uncomfortably thin - The kitchen was not in a good condition. It had a bad smell, and the trash wasn’t taken out regularly. I ended up getting my own separate trash bag. - The cleanliness of the shower room could be improved. - Old tiny laundry machine - There were often unexpected guests that other flatmates would bring in the evening.

Vincent is very friendly host. His place is very spacious and relaxing. Its accessible to the train station and bus stops and also to nice restaurants downstairs. We enjoy the stay and hope to be back next time. Thank you Vincent !

Un premier séjour impeccable, avec un hôte très disponible et accueillant. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, et très confortable. Les locaux communs proposent d’excellentes prestations et sont en parfait état d’entretien et de propreté. Nous recommandons vivement. Notre hôte Vincent fut à l’écoute et de confiance.
