Wonderful stay

The place was very dated. Tried to add some nice touches, but wasn’t enough. The main door to enter the house went right into the only downstairs bedroom. Clean as far as dust/floors, but we found sucker sticks in the couches and a half eaten one behind the master bedroom door. A half full water bottle under another bed. Dead bugs in areas, better dead than alive. The area that it was in was nice. Seemed like a good neighborhood. Close to the base that my son is at. We did ask if the place would be decorated for Christmas and they put a little 2ft tree up for us, which was fine for our short stay. Kitchen pretty much stocked if you are just doing a simple meal, not much for a large holiday meal. Beds comfortable, except one broke on my son in the middle of the night 😄.

The location was great and easy to find. Checking in and out was easy and our host was very helpful. Hous was large and beautiful. We had a pretty good stay,however there were a few issues in different parts of the house that were not as clean as they should have been. But the host did try and correct the issues. But we declined to have person come in while we were there as we were getting ready for a funeral. Overall great stay though.

Great location to the New River Marine Corps. Trista was VERY quick to respond and friendly. The house was missing a can opener, and once contacted she came over in about 20 minutes to give us two! The house is spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room and a family room. The neighbors were very friendly.
