Brookes place was absolutely perfect! Great location with Woolworths, cafes and a coffee shop right outside! Apartment was so great! Clean, all the amenities you could need, beautiful to sit out on the balcony over looking the garden! Brooke was helpful to anything we needed! Would absolutely book Brooke’s place again for our next trip to Canberra! Thanks so much for having us! ❤️

The apartment is in a great location. Very simple furniture. Neat and tidy, Kmart style furnishings. Really good to have access to the pool, spa, sauna. However, the downside is the corridor/level on exit from the lift smells horrendous and this really isn’t a great welcome! Have advised the owner as this is probably more of a strata issue, but definitely something that needs rectifying.

Brooke's place was lovely, clean and comfortable. The linen on the beds were lovely to sleep in and it was very handy having a kitchen and laundry facilities. There were plenty of food options nearby and a small Woolies across the road which was very handy. We had an event at the AIS over 3 days so this place was extremely convenient being only a 5 minute drive away. The only difficulty initially was finding the carspot! You have to drive through a Wilson carpark to get to the carpark level for the apartments. I found this very confusing at first. Brooke and Matt were very friendly, responsive and helpful and we will definitely book this place again.

Great stay in Belconnen. Friendly apartment, great view and local shops and entertainment close by. Good area to walk or just sit in one of the cafe's. Apartment was clean, all amenities accounted for and host was very responsive from booking to post booking. Thanks Brooke and Matt! Waller Family :)
