My apartment is located in the center of Yerevan, 500 meters from the Republic Square. This is a completely new renovated apartment with new furniture and other necessary equipment and amenities. The flat has a very nice balcony (terrace) with a nice view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There are one living room with the kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom in the apartment.
