8 of us so an affordable place close to Charleston was a challenge. Patricia’s place answered that challenge. 1 BR, bth & garage w/parking for 3 vehicles on first level. Large kitchen/dining/living space on 2nd. 3 br, 2 bth on 3rd level made this a perfect fit for our family. New construction in residential community with common areas, swimming pools and gym and quiet, family atmosphere. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bright and uncluttered. The location was outstanding just minutes from Park Circle, with park, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Charleston’s historic district (25 min), Patriots Point (20), Hunley Museum (12), Isle of Palms beaches (25), Tanger Outlets and Top Golf 12). Need blackout curtains in bedrooms, more towels, & a coffee pot in addition to Keurig. Could not close garage from outside so had to walk around to front door for keypad every time we returned to open the garage from inside. Inconvenient but these are small complaints. Loved & recommend!

This was such a beautiful home! We came for a three day trip for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! It was close to downtown, and the home was very clean and so much space for our bridal party! Patricia and John did a great job at communicating and texting back quick! We were even able to get an early check in!! I will definitely book with them again!

Clean and comfortable for our large family. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor plus one bedroom (two beds) and bathroom on the first floor. My older parents took the first floor. The second floor was the kitchen and living area with and additional half bath. The entertainment elements on this floor were fun for my kids and some of the adults too. The parking by the house is limited, but there is an overflow parking lot nearby that we used. One small complaint is that we had to park and walk around to the non-street side entrance of the house. Then walk to the garage on the street side and open it from the inside of the house before we could park our car in it. It was raining a lot on first day so this was an unexpected element.
