the location was perfect! we needed more towels but didn't know how to get them we just washed what we had. The floors are squeaky every where in house so being quiet was very for sleeping. Set up of house was convenient and like the description.

Very nice house that was as described. Both decks and large living room window provide great views of the ocean while beach access is just steps away. Communication with rental agency was clear and in-house instructions were well-placed and helpful. The "shared entry" stated in the property description made us believe we would share an entry lobby and elevator with at least one additional resident. This was not the case. While the house does share a wall with another home, this property features its own private entry lobby and elevator. For those with mobility concerns, be aware that the kitchen and living space are on the third floor while the grill is on the ground-level and backside of the building. This property is on the quieter section of Tybee Island and we enjoyed our stay. Property managers communicated well and the arrival and departure process was simple. Would highly recommend.
