A cozy, quiet double bedroom with private bathroom. Available for short term stays (longer term stays will be considered) - a standard sized double room; double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table. Pleasantly decorated. Next to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and a living room - happy for this to be shared. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for further information. A quiet and comfortable home, pleasantly decorated, modern and cozy. I have a friendly house rabbit who lives downstairs. The guest bedroom is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden with some trees visible which add to the coziness. Bathroom is next to the guest bedroom and is for sole and private use of guests.

Andrew is my favourate host, he is a beautiful soul, descent and just a lovely person. My stay was the best.His home was peaceful, he was very kind and above All the house was so clean.I had my own bathroom, my room was so clean, comfortable bed .He is just a perfect host.I recommend especially nurses who work around that area .Thanks a lot Andrew , lt was lovely to meet you.X

A pleasant neighbourhood with a convenience shop within a 5 minute walk, and an array of shops including a coop within a 4 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.
A new build estate, quiet and friendly.
Parking can be slightly tricky due to the layout. So I have indicated on the listing that parking on the property is not available. There is however parking in a lay-by very close to the house, around the estate or also off the estate on the main road (all within walking distance)
