This house is situated outside the city center, away from the noise and daily bustle of everyday life. The house has a vast garden and is surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue. The house has a kitchen electric stove & oven, dishwasher a freezer & fridge, dining space, living room and bathroom on the ground floor (50 m2). The 3 bedrooms are on the top floor (a 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2 The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, a closet and a terrace with an amazing view (you can see it in the photos). The middle room has a double bed, a closet and a view of the front garden. The third room has a single bed and if needed there is another single bed you can roll out from underneath the first bed and a view of the back garden. There is a spacious terrace in front of the house with a long handmade table, benches and a nice barbecue, of course. The most of the time guests love to stay on the patio/terrace, so I would LIKE my guests TO KNOW that the house is surrounded by nature, trees, bushes, gardens, and paved road is only a hundred meters away from the house. So, like every other outdoor space in our country you can expect mosquitoes. In the house you will find repellents to use throughout your stay if you wish to use them. Spirals for the outside, as well as tablets for the inside of every room (you won't need it unless you open the net from the window.) I would suggest that you take the repellents (spray or skin cream, especially for children) if you think it would be more effective for you. One more thing to have in mind is that the downstairs spaces are not on the same level, there is one step to the entrance and to the living room, another to the dinning space/kitchen, and there are 12 stairs to the bedrooms, so this may not be the best choice for travelers with limited mobility. There are 7 sleeping places: (most comfortable for 5) - 6 in the rooms upstairs - 1 on the pull-out sofa (living room) The bathroom has a shower and the washing machine is also there. You can park more cars inside the premises. As far as the location goes, it is far enough to be in a quiet environment but not too far: The sea: 1 min by car 3 min by foot Bus station and pastry shop: 1 min by car 5 min by foot Nearest supermarket PLODINE in the City mall "MAX CITY": by foot 10min by car 1 min Hospital (though I hope you won't need it): 5-10 min by car 45 min by foot City centre: max 10 minutes by car 30 min by foot
