An absolutely beautiful home. Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable bed. An amazing tub and shower with a fantastic pool and yard. In a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood. Definitely a little slice of heaven. I highly recommend!

5/5 would recommend. We stayed here for 4 weeks after a plumbing leak forced us out of our house. It was an extremely chaotic and stressful time but our stay here made it a little easier. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well-furnished. The large TV’s are a major plus in nearly every room. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There is a small movie theater bar at the end of the road that is perfect for impromptu dates. We stayed with a pet and walked her on the sidewalks of the neighborhood. Even the neighbors were friendly. One thing the listing did not show very well is the large grass areas outside by the pool. Jason and his wife were excellent hosts. They had a welcome basket prepared for us we’re flexible by extending our stay an extra week when our repairs were delayed. House had a small garage and a large laundry room that was also a huge help since we were relocating from home.

This was a very nice house, nice and clean. We have a pool at home, so its always a plus when we have one when away from home. The only things I would say it needs is a blow dryer, iron and a grill....although the oven having a built-in air fryer made up for lack of grill in spades! We loved the big huge family friendly couch w/recliners. Very much loved access to garage, a lot of rentals do not allow or have that. Huge plus! They left us starters for coffee, laundry, dishwasher, toiletries kit, along with toilet paper & paper towels. I highly recommend staying here, walking distance to a cool little bar at Enzian....the Eden bar. Close to EVERYTHING in Maitland & Winter Park! 1.5 miles to Rollins & Park Ave.

Great place! Jason was very responsive and the property was in great shape. Very walkable to a lot of great restaurants, parks, lakes.
