Een ontzettend aardige host, erg communicatief gericht op een prettig verblijf van haar gasten. Huis was heerlijk om te verblijven alles wat nodig is was aanwezig en zelfs nog wat meer. Erg schoon en een prettige tuin. Zeer rustige buurt. We zullen zeker teruggaan wanneer we weer in Noord Italië zijn.
Morena e sua figlia aonobstate gentilissime. La casa era oltre ogni aspettativa, l'esterno era un'isola di pace e bellezza. Pulizia impeccabile. Credo il miglior alloggio mai trovato su questo sito. Conplimeti davvero per tutto!
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, Baby und Hund in der Unterkunft und haben jeden Tag die Morgensonne auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Wohnung ist baby- bzw. kleinkindfreundlich (keine Treppen und eingezäunt) und bietet alles, was man brauchen könnte. Die zwei separaten Zimmer inkl. eigenem Bad bieten auch Privatsphäre für 2 Parteien. Morena selbst ist eine superfreundliche, aufgeschlossene und sympathische Gastgeberin, die immer zur Stelle war, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
We had a restful and interesting stay. We learned many things about the area and it’s not called the ‘bread basket’ for nothing! Novellara is a wonderful base to sample many types of foods and towns and Morena and her beautiful family could not be kinder or more welcoming and considerate hosts. Novellara is a quiet base to return to after your explorations and we highly recommend this lovely place. There is a lovely square, a winery a good grocery store, gelato and easy transport in walking distance from Morena’s gorgeous, clean and comfortable apartment making it an excellent base for the area.

Quiet area on the outskirts of town and just a stone's throw from the center.
Casa Cecilia is located on the southern border of the protected area of the Novellara valleys. Just a few minutes away are the S. Stefano golf club and the Novellara swimming pool, the birthplace of swimming champions such as Gregorio Paltrinieri. Casa Cecilia is the perfect starting point for unforgettable bike rides, with several paths that wind from the Novellara valleys to the Po river floodplain. The historic center of Novellara is adorned with arcades under which the social life of the town unfolds. On either side of the square, you can visit the Gonzaga fortress and the church of Santo Stefano.
