We had the loviest stay in the Shepard’s hut, I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Such a lovely private spot, with lovely walks and so many great places near by. The hut itself was so nicely done and felt so homely with everything you could need. We will definitely be going back very soon.

Such a lovely stay. The hut is beautifully done with everything needed. It’s in a great location with the village pubs and shop easily accessible. Philip made sure all was ok and even delivered us some wood for the fire pit as soon as we asked. It was the perfect long weekend!

A beautiful hut in a very peaceful and picturesque setting. Warm and comfortable. Communication was good, all that I needed and finding it and checking in was easy, 2 pubs within walking distance and footpaths all around. A lovely weekend break.

The locations is amazing, you feel tucked away and private whilst being surrounded by beautiful scenery and horses next door. You are 5 min walk from 2 lovely pubs (easy to do at night), public footpaths, the local community shop and cafe! The local village is full of pretty cottages. The hut feels spacious and clean. We were there for a rainy day and it is cosy and comfy. It was also sunny on one day and beautiful with the doors open surrounded in greenery. The amenities was perfect, lovely shower, kitchen is great for cooking. We worked from home there and the WiFi was great. Philip kindly provided delicious eggs and milk. Self check in was very easy as we arrived quite late in the evening.
