Had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place - it was just what we needed after nearly 24 hours of travel. Loved that it was close by to some great places to eat. Greg is a very attentive host and the house is quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
The soaking tub was so-so but very nice location.
Very comfortable and welcome Airbnb! We had everything we needed to make a few meals, enjoyed the soak tank outside, and loved being able to walk to dinner! The Main Ingredient has delicious cocktails and sandwiches, plus their patio is amazing!
We had a really great stay at Greg’s. It is in a convenient location and was nicely decorated. We rented a car and parking was easy on the street but felt really safe. Greg was quick to reply to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Thanks again!
I was in town on a solo trip and wanted an immersive experience in Phoenix. I was looking for a space that was inspiring, so I could work on my novel. This was a perfect place for it. I walked everywhere I needed to go and had the perfect space to write and rest. It was spotless and well cared for. Greg communicated everything I needed and checked in beforehand and during the stay to ensure I was taken care of.

We are located in the very heart of the eclectic Coronado Historic Neighborhood, recently called “hipsterhood” by Forbes magazine. We are one of the oldest neighborhoods in Phoenix, and closest to Downtown Phoenix and the thriving Arts District scene. The house is a block away from Coronado Cafe, Dark Hall Coffee and Sunshine Market (a neighborhood market).
Phoenix is mostly a driving city, but there are quite a few places that are walkable from our house - the Walk Score is 78.
