Our house in less than a 10 minute walk in one direction to the beach, and less than 10 min in the other to the lagoon. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, convenient store and other amenities also within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. You will have your own private room with adjacent private bathroom. However the other spaces are shared in common with either the family or other guests. The family frequently travels and is often not around.

This location is beautiful! Literally right down the road from the lagoon, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. I’d recommend going to the lagoon to watch the sunset, or just for the peaceful view. The house is gorgeous, and the family is absolutely wonderful, very kind and respectful. This location is definitely one I will return to!!

The neighborhood itself is quite quiet at night but it’s only a short walk or drive to find some nightlife along the beach. There’s also a children’s park and driving beach access along 27th street. This is especially convenient as you can drive your car all the way up past Flagler, or walk south where no cars are allowed. The surf is decent or you could go to the lagoon on the other side where there’s no surf at all. The lagoon has mangroves full of crabs, oysters, dolphins and manatees

出行信息

The beach, lagoon, 7-11, several restaurants and a breakfast place can all be walked to. Our place has plenty of parking and so do the restaurants and plazas nearby except on some busy holidays.
