Our family of 3 loved our stay at Hali’i Kai and can’t wait to come back! The grounds were quiet and peaceful, and the on-site pool with dining was a nice bonus, not to mention the pool pass to the Hilton. The kitchen was well-stocked, though you will need some staples like oil and spices, other than salt and pepper, if you plan on cooking. It was also very convenient to have all the amenities for the beach and pool. Everything was clean except maybe the floors could use a good scrub. We had an issue with the blinds, and Resortica responded to our issue right away. The highlight for us was staying on the lanai and enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets!!

Location is good and hilton pool pass is a plus. Kiched was well stocked and the house was clean. It's a bit far from Kona though, 40m+ drive.

We had an excellent stay! The view is better in person. The Hilton Waikoloa next door is a huge bonus. Incredible sunsets. The restaurant and the pool combo is a bonus, as well. The unit was clean, spacious enough and had every amenity we needed. Only 20 minutes from the airport and there is a convenience market in Queens Market for all of your shopping needs. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay in condo 8-D! We were originally attracted to the unit based on its proximity to the Hilton and it as a mega-resort qualities (pools, activities, etc.)...but that we'd also have a considerable bit of privacy. In the end, we much more appreciated the condo community and its pool and restaurant to the Hilton options. The pool, workout facility, and restaurant were all top notch, and gave us everything we wanted. It was nice to have the Hilton as an additional option. The unit itself was great - so cool to sit on the lanai in the evenings watching the sunset over the ocean. While we cooked only light meals (breakfast, lunch) the unit was fully stocked for high-end cooking and hosting. Finally, Resortica did a great job communicating before, during and after. Made it super simple to get checked in and out. We look forward to coming back to the exact same unit.
