I want to commend not only the place itself because of its cleanliness, industrial black interior and peaceful environment. Top of it, the transparency and great customer service of Sir Von and his Dad. Very accommodating in all ways from pre check in and until check out. I highly recommend the place to everyone. The host was very approachable, friendly & so accomodating; extraordinary service and always quickly responding to queries we had. local nearby places; a 5 minute walk to the plaza where you could buy groceries, with a mercury drug store, 7eleven, korean mart, several mini restaurants, cafes & a church. There are also lots of tricycles going around to take you to places outside like SM Southmall. The airbnb unit is situated at the back away from the road, on the 2nd floor, which makes it a perfect quiet, peacefull, breezy place complete with its own kitchen(w/ utensils, oven, ref, coffee maker,water heater), cr (w/ heater) & spacious veranda. Here, you will feel like it was the province with the fresh air, and vacant lot at the back with banana trees growing. Inside, a newly installed aircon,and huge bed w/ additional pull out & 24/7 wifi with a massive projector covering one wall w/ a catalog better than netflix. Overall it was a great relaxing stay, would highly recommend&go back to.

No flash in the toilet, Stairs makes difficult to enter your things, super slow aircon to make the room comfortable, kitchen is messy, don't have ready spoon and fork and cups. Even the plates is not clean.
