Portia is an epic host! Not only did she take us at a late hour and last minute but she waited for us at the gate and helped carry 9 luggages up three flights of stairs. Her and her staff kept everything so clean and even washed our clothes for us! She cooked for my children when I was too tired and busy working and also provided me with as much assistance as possible. (the food was nice and she understood our vegan needs 😊😊). Her staff was kind, warm, attentive, friendly, and super helpful as well! She ensured everything was properly working and would take necessary steps before I even could blink to fix them. The roome are beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. I appreciate her so much for being a super host 💙💙💙 A breath of fresh air. You have to stay here!
