The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. It felt like I was just at home. The location was central to everything with supermarkets, pharmacies, wholesales and KFC and Burger King a short walking distance. Johncrows Tavern was excellent across the street and the early morning stroll at Turtle park was lovely. The apartment was not as pictured in the pictures but it was even more modern and updated with fully equipped utensils and pots. The bathroom and the bedroom were modern. AC works perfectly fine and there was hot water in the unit. The unit was kid friendly. My 3 year old son loved the balcony and did not want to leave. The house keeper Ms. Green came by to clean and change linens (please be sure to tip her) and made sure we were good our entire stay. She even recommended a driver who was able to safely take me around and back to the airport. I give this apartment 10/10 and will definitely be back. Thank you Suzanne for the warm communication before, during and after my stay.

Amazing Property at Sandcastles in Ocho Rios. I have stayed at many different rooms here and Suzanne's Property was above my expectations. Very clean and well maintained. 2 Tvs, 2 AC, option of 2 beds or 1 king. Fan was also included. I love this property because it's walking distance to everything in the Town. Very close to all attractions including Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Rafting etc. The Beach is right in your backyard and you get free access once you stay at Sandcastles. There's a nice Bar downstairs with lots of vibes! I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Suzanne's place. As a corner unit, with windows on two sides, it's airy, bright, roomy and comfortable. I especially enjoyed taking in the beach scene, either from the balcony or from inside the comfort of the apartment. Suzanne is an excellent host who was very attentive and responsive throughtout our stay. I especially appreciated that she checked in with us soon after we arrived. We did have a couple hiccups at the start of our stay but Suzanne was quick to help us resolve some of these. Ms Green, her cleaner is very lovely and friendly and like a ray of sunshine. The location is very central to all you need - beach, shopping, restaurants etc, however there was a lot more noise from parties at night than I had expected, especially on the weekend. Something to bear in mind if you are looking for peace and quiet. Also loved the upgraded bathroom but felt the kitchen needed a bit more tlc. I would nonetheless refer others here. It is a lovely spot.

Wow what a fantastic little place this is!!!! It was a last minute decision on staying here and suzanne and the housekeeper did a fantastic job at sorting everything out last minute. Location is perfect for the town, right on the beach which is perfect for those lazy days. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay right upto a long stay 9 nights for myself. Beds were comfortable aircon worked great, shower was fantastic with great water pressure. The only issue i could really find is the location on the aircon unit which was on the balcony so pumps out a lot of heat if you were sitting out there and had the aircon on at the same time, not sure why this hasn't been fitted to a wall away from the balcony but this didn't affect our stay in such a beautiful place. The complex is a little run down but has a pool, bar/restaurant and a shop which are all run by fantastic staff. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when i travel back to ocho rios.

The place was beautiful, clean and the view was amazing! I’m so thankful for the air conditioning throughout the entire unit. Can’t wait to return.
