We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Bologna, and I can't recommend it enough! The location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. Situated in the charming historic center, I was just steps away from the vibrant streets, bustling cafes, and incredible landmarks that Bologna is famous for. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. The apartment itself was a true delight. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was the stunning balcony. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!!

The flat is the top floor of a well maintained property, in a brilliant location. It was very clean in general and the terrace was a brilliant option to have. These are the properties main selling points, you can’t really be better located! A few things to note however: - The majority of the decorations and ornaments included in the listing photos are no longer in the flat, so it isn’t as warm and stylish as you’d first expect. - the air con is in the lounge and on the complete opposite side of the flat to the bedroom so is ineffective, meaning it’s still very warm at night. - the sofa in the photo is dusty and dirty, could do with being replaced. - there are no basic consumables included in the property to cook with, except for a couple sachets of salt and pepper.

The location is fantastic - very central but still quiet and private. The roof top terrace is a plus. Kitchen well appointed. Francesca was very responsive. There is AC but the bedroom doesn't get as cool as the living room so if it's very hot you may want sleep on the pull out sofa. I got a tiny portable fan at a nearby store, which was good to have. The laundry is a great amenity. Overall very good, convenient accommodation.

If you want to be right in the heart of Bologna this is where to stay. So easy to communicate with Francesca. Would stay here again.
