I reserved this place due to eye surgery in nearby hospital as I couldn't travel for next few days. The building is old but apartment seems recently renovated. it was clean and very spacious. the bedroom is separate which made it more comfortable for patient to take rest. the neighborhood is completely secure and quiet. Care taker's and host are very responsive and took care of everything swiftly. Thanks a lot once again.

The location of the apartment is very good in one of the best areas in Delhi. The apartment is spacious with 2 bed rooms that can accomodate 2 persons each. The caretakers of the house Amar and Raskesh were super helpful, and guided us in so many ways. Highly recommended place to stay in

Mohit's staff is the most responsive I have had to date. Any problem and Mohit's staff were right on it. They didn't even charge me when I accidentally broke a bathroom mirror. My stay was an excellent experience all around.
