Nice place in a very fun park with super nice people! So many activities to choose from that are all included. I would stay again!

Laurie’s place is very cute. I had a few minor issues happen but when I sent her a text she was quick to respond and take care of them. Her place is in a great location. Directly across from the rec center and an easy walk to the office or pool. Very safe and well lit area. Had a great time and everyone in the park is very nice and welcoming too!

I stayed here for 11 weeks over the summer, and I had an amazing time. It’s a good location-only about 45 minutes from the beach. And there’s so much to do if you want to be involved. I felt at home at Laurie’s place, and she was very quick to get back to me any time I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend the location if you plan to be in South Texas for a while or even for a short visit. Her place is comfortable and cozy no matter how long you plan to stay.

We would stay at Laurie's again. Her place is perfect for one to two people. It is centrally located to the World Birding Centers and was a great home base. The community has social get togethers. We attended the ice cream social and the residents were welcoming and friendly. Laurie's wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your time. This shows in her attention to details.

Laurie’s place is beautiful with a sunshine atmosphere. It is a small place, suitable for a couple or one person. I would like to have had a sofa bed as my sister, who I traveled with, and I like our own sleeping area. Laurie’s location is perfect as it is situated close to the recreation hall. The hall offers pickle ball which we truly enjoyed. The residents were very friendly and hospitable. We did experience a very cold snap while there but Laurie made sure we were comfortable.
