Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig und hat direkt nebenan ein Restaurant mit moderaten Preisen. Das Bett war auch bequem und sauber. Es ist allerdings sehr warm im Zimmer, der Ventilator schafft nur bedingt Abhilfe. Außerdem hat das Wifi nicht funktioniert, was je nach Reiseplanung schon ärgerlich sein kann. Alles in allem aber preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, falls man eine Nacht als Zwischenstop in Sierpe benötigt

Super stay in Sierpe and in the Sweet Escape. Sierpe was different from everything I saw so far in Costa Rica, very chill, with some beautiful landscapes. The room was perfect, very large, and you have indeed the Sweet Escape's restaurant right there, but you can also walk around 14min to get to the center and the port. You will be welcomed by Wade, Dayton's father, who was suuuper friendly and chill (so as the restaurant's staff). I showed me his farm, on this other side of the river, and even brought me on his boat to float around and see the mangroves by night. He can also book a lot of different tours for you, on demand, or shuttles. I fully recomend this place and the town in general, if you wanna see what does Costa Rica really looks like far from San José and the main touristic places. And don't forget that you can visit the archeological sites of Finca Seís from Sierpe very easily !
