Check out this spacious townhome that can sleep up to 4 adults! Whether you are traveling with your small family or on a couples get away we have the perfect home for you! We are centrally located to all the island's restaurants and under 1 mi from the beach. The resort style pool is a great place for you to spend the day as well. Take a short stroll from your private patio to the gated pool with splash pad feature. We are confident there is something for everyone in our home! PN2022 305976 Palm Bay 506 You are less than one mile from the Padre Island Nation Seashore, where you can visit the warm waters of Gulf of Mexico. You'll find you can rent a golf cart on the island and cruise from the condo down to the beach. Walking distance to gas stations, places to eat, and the local grocery store. You can grill on the shared grills located by the pool area, you will be required to pick up after yourself. One provided parking spot (guest parking is on a first come first serve basis.) Additional parking in unassigned spaces only. Violators will be towed. There is no parking on the rocks or on the street. No parking allowed in the fire lanes. This rental unit is located on the floor 1.

Great place
This place worked out great for our family. We have a 2 year old and 6month. Owners communicate well and fast. Eager to know feedback which is important to provide comfortable stay for us and future rebooks! We enjoyed the small things - Lights on switches were great so I can see in the dark. Had outlet covers! My toddler was all over the place so that minimizes taking our eyes off him for a sec. Lots of room for bassinet and pack n play. Things I didn’t know and I loved that this place had: Hot and great water pressure, bed was comfortable, lots of room in the fridge with filtered water, and a room purifier! It was extremely helpful to have water hose outside the patio to wash off sand. Also great how close the home was to the outside gate for loading\unloading car. Pool was amazing for both boys, and close! Easy and quick drive to beach. There’s so many good things and traveling with kiddos can be hard. This place was comfortable and had all the things my family needed.
Loved Matthew’s home. Super cozy and everything we needed. Plan to stay here every time we come for a fishing/beach trip. Matthew was super communicative and very friendly. Does everything to ensure that you have a great time and is very accommodating

Very central location off whitecap. Close to gas stations, restaurants, dollar general, and a grocery store.
One designated parking spot in the parking lot with guest parking in the same lot. There are golf cart rentals right down the road too!
