Place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very clean and spacious. The mattresses were too thin for our liking and beds felt a tad small for two people to sleep comfortably. We did not encounter any loud noises from the construction next door like some of the reviews say. Miranda was very helpful and clear with all instructions.

We had an ok stay at Miranda’s Place. The reason we got this house instead of another one was that it had two full bathrooms. There was cheaper options but only had one full bathroom. We were disappointed for two reasons. One of the showers had little to no water pressure which made it difficult to shower (probably just a defective shower head).The second reason is that the water smelled really bad the first day, it got better the second and third day but there was still a weird smell to it. I informed Miranda about this issue and she did reply back quickly and explained that we needed to let the water run for a while. Other than these two issues the place is very comfortable and clean. Balcony and 1/2 bathroom on the third floor is nice.
