Aira is a responsive host. The house is clean at least on the area where guest move around but some renovation seems really necessary. Furnitures are not in good state. Aircon in the second didn’t reach the other side No laundry shop near the area and getting out to the main road needs a tricycle. You just need to phone the guard to request one. What I love is you could invite guest over. It’s not close to Angono like I thought but that is fine.

The town house is spacious for us. I like it but the bed is not so comfortable to sleep with and the door at the toilet down stairs needs maintenance. I expected a little better cleaning in the shower, in the sink (clogged) upstairs. The stairs is so dusty and the lamps and ceiling has a lot of spider web. Need as well air condition at the living area because it was so warm in day time. I just wish as well that the wi-fi is better. Hard to connect and it’s always bad connection specially when you are downstairs. Better if the internet is downstairs. I have problems with lots of ants in the house. In the main door, couches, living room table, in the bathroom upstairs, in the kitchen table. Ants crawling from the lids of the cabinet and go through the garbage bag. I am force to take out the trash half bag just to avoid more ants, but it’s not helping. I think they need to call anti pesticides to deal with it.

Aira was a very responsive and kind host! The location was in a nice and safe neighborhood with a guard house. The house itself was okay, there was trash/old food found in the cupboard by the living room. The bathroom also needed cleaning upon arrival which was disappointing. The third bedroom doesn’t have an AC but has an exhaust fan connecting it to the other room with the AC so it still cooled down sufficiently. Overall, stay was good and host was responsive. I’d work on the cleanliness of the place and it would make the stay much better!

The unit is worth it for its price. Host is attentive to our needs. The place is nice and quiet. Toilets are too small and toilet downstairs needs improvement.
