The ranch is located near Terme Olimia in Mala Rudnica at 500m above sea level in unspoilt nature on a secluded sunny clearing with a beautiful view. About 70 animals of different species live on the ranch from horses to lamas and other domestic farm animals so it is suitable for families with children to learn about farm animals.The hosting family sometimes arranges events ranging from pony riding, interacting with animals, baking corn or potatoes in a bonfire and other fun social events. Two bedroom apartment Panda can accomodate up to 6 guests as it has a bedroom with a double and single bed with an extended couch available in the living room. The second bedroom has a double bed. Guests have a private bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, sink and a mirror with basic toiletries provided. The living room has a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests have access to a shared garden, roofed terrace and balcony. There is no wifi or TV available as the property is meant for guests to experience nature, farm life, entertain themselves around evening campfire or riding ponies.

Great place and hosts that made us feel very comfortable and welcome!
My stay at Poni Ranch was really great, the host family is really another level of professional and kind. They were so honest and nice to me and my friends when we went up for the weekend, I couldn't ask for anything more. I really enjoyed my time in the winter wonderland that is poni ranch, but I can't wait to visit in the summer when it fills up with animals. Thank you for a great weekend!

The area surrounding the property and the area of manicipality of Podčetrtek has plenty for guests to explore and enjoy. From pristine green nature, hills and thermal waters in the spaa centers of Olimia and Aqualuna. Close to the ranch there is a tower of health and happiness which offers an amazing viewing experience on surrounding areas. In the Monastery of Olimje there is a pharmacy with natural herbs as well as a chocolate shop with amazing natural and flavorful chocolate. In Podčetrtek there is a planiterium where you can experience the universe in 360° on this unique journey through space.
Guests can enjoy thermal waters in spa centers of Terme Olimia and thermal park Aqualuna where fun for the whole family is guaranteed. The Monastery of Oliimje offers a look in the old days of life, it has a pharmacy which uses old recipes and natural herbs. A chocolate shop is nearby the Monastery where guests can buy delicious chocolate to satisfy their need for sweetness.
Around the Ranch where guests are staying there is plenty of pristine nature for hiking and cycling. On the nearby hill top there is a tower of health and hapiness which has an amazing view on the surrounding areas.
In Podčetrtek there is a planiterium where you can experience the universe in 360° on this unique journey through space.
It is best the guest commute with their own vehicle.

My name is Gregor and I am the owner and host of Eco Pony Ranch Ogrizek. I have met a lot of great people from all over the world while working in tourism. Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency AlpeAdriaBooker, so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Brežice - Slovenia, acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way. That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person. You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online. If you call our contact number you will reach their reservation department. They will help you with everything you might need. You don't have to worry, they will keep me informed about your arrival and needs, and I will be waiting for you at the accommodation to welcome you for a great start of your holidays!
