Located directly on Milton 3 Ponds with a private dock for your boat, this is a great place for your whole family to enjoy time on the water whether your into fishing or watersports or simply relaxing on the shore enjoying the view. The screened in porch ensures a pleasant bug free place to relax any time of year. The construction is modeled after a Scandinavian lighthouse with lots of natural wood decor. The first floor master (king bed) is located on the base of the lighthouse tower. along with a large open Livingroom/dining room area, eat in kitchen, and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom(queen bed) is located in the 2nd floor of the tower via a wooden spiral staircase. Two additional bedrooms (one queen and one with 3 twins) are located in the walkout basement along with another family room with a propane stove. This is our family vacation home, and we hope you enjoy making memories here as much as we have.
