Casa Spadini is an apartment located on the 2° floor with no lift of a traditional 60's building strategically positioned between the airport and the city center, in a very quiet residential district. The parking is free all over the neighborhood and in case of necessity there's a condominium private parking lot. Casa Spadini welcomes you with the simplicity of a typical italian apartment for a small family simply furnished. The apartment is at the second floor (with no lift) and it offers complete indipendence, comfort and privacy. As you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the entrance lobby, on your right side a wide dining area with the kitchen corner. It's a bright area due to the french window giving access to the balcony. Always on your right side a door to the living room, made of a 3 seats sofa and 65 inches television. As you move forward through the aisle at the bottom the door to the bathroom and on your right the door to the bedroom with a double bed

Appartamento funzionale, siamo stati solo una notte come appoggio post-concerto al vicino TPO, quindi nulla mi interessava relativamente a servizio o quartiere o altro. Checkin e out automatizzati, parcheggio interno (fondamentale perché è moooolto difficile trovarne uno fuori), pulizia ottima e tutto spiegato correttamente con tanto di foto. Per le nostre esigenze è stato perfetto

This apartment felt like home for the few days we were in Bologna. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket within walking distance and bus stop nearby for easy access to the city centre - this was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment has all the essential amenities and Giamarco was very responsive to all questions. Overall it was a great choice to stay outside of the city centre in Bologna.

The Santa Viola district (now part of the Reno district) is a small area located in Bologna between Porta San Felice and the Reno river (Pontelungo). It is mainly inhabited by middle-class Bolognese families who work in the area or in companies just outside the city. Recently many people who have moved to Bologna for work or study have also chosen this neighborhood for its quiet and the presence of numerous services such as supermarkets, hospitals and schools.

THE MAST: The Manifattura di Arti, Sperimentazione e Tecnologia is a multifunctional center and exhibition space created in Bologna by the MAST Foundation of the same name by the entrepreneur and philanthropist Isabella Seragnoli. Today it houses laboratories, classrooms, offices, spaces for exhibitions, workshops and an auditorium.
DUCATI FACTORY: Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. is an Italian motorcycle manufacturer. It has its headquarters in Bologna, in the Borgo Panigale district.
BY CAR: the parking is free all over the neighborhood. You can reach the city center by car in 9 mins if there's no traffic, anyway to find a parking over there is not always so easy.
BY BUS: Casa Spadini is at just 8 bus stops (20 mins) from the city center (Porta S.Felice),you have to take bus n°19 from a bus stop 250 meters (4 mins) far from the apartment.
