We had a fantastic stay at Goenuel’s beautiful house. It’s been done up really well and all the furniture and amenities inside were great. We had an issue with some old and broken outdoor pool furniture and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Osman, the property manager has been exceptionally helpful and even drove us and out bags up and down the hill to the hotel next door to help us avoid having to carry them up the crazily steep hill. A major save. Check out was 11am and Goenuel had kindly offered to let us store our bags until 3pm but our pick up was 4pm. Luckily the hotel were happy to store our bags as we used the beach club for the day. One of the best we went to. We used it 3 times. Min spend of 500tl per person which includes beds, food etc. Beautiful setting and great facilities. Ask for Scorpion and say that Hugh recommend you! They’re really friendly and helpful. Very easy to get buses and taxis into Kas. I’d highly recommend the villa and we would come back.

Lovely villa inside and out. Could do with some new outside furniture but inside was beautiful and exactly as pictured. There is a very steep hill to get the bus into town so be aware of this when booking if you have mobility issues. Overall though we had a lovely stay and the villa is clean and tidy.

Superb. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. In a stunning location. Goenuel was unbelievably helpful and Osman unobtrusively provided all the day to day support. I would unreservedly recommend.
