This is a great place to stay for a family. We had three bedrooms and each room had its own A/c (ductless). This is a private residential area, but family was able to come visit if we left word with the security guards at the entrance of the development. There are three playgrounds in the development, one of them directly across from the house. The kitchen is roomie and has basic cooking utensils. The host is super responsive and we had great communication.
