Good clean place. Nice and very quickly responsive host. Safe area but very close to unsafe areas. Overall good stay nice place and no issues.

Was in town to help my daughter move into her off campus Fordham University apartment. This Airbnb is just around the corner from Arthur Ave so it is conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

It was worked well for us as we were dropping our daughter at Fordham and we wanted something close. Also we are used to staying in funky places, but know what you are getting yourself into: The entrance door plexiglass was broken so you didn't need the key to get into the first door. The entrance stairs were dirty and smelly. The air conditioner plugs didn't work so had to move an extension cord to get one to work. The shower wouldn't stop dripping. BUT the place was clean and cute enough and definitely the best of the options as there is no hotel near Fordham and it allowed us to spend a couple days exploring the area so she would get used to Bronx before her freshman year. Koffi was nice but didn't respond to a couple of the messages we sent so had to contact him directly. Parking was fairly easy with a 2 hour zone out front and an unlimited zone across the street. It's super close to all the famous restaurants on Arthur ave.

Koffi fue muy amable, siempre respondió inmediatamente nuestras preguntas .El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos ,está muy bien equipado en cuanto a elementos de cocina, baño y productos de limpieza con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes Con respecto a la parada del subte para ir hacia Manhattan hay dos posibilidades caminar nueve cuadras aproximadamente y llegas a la parada y la otra opción a una cuadra tomar un colectivo Bx15 que te deja en la estación de subte nosotros usamos ésta ultima sin inconveniente y volvimos varias veces a la 1 AM sin problemas. Volvería a la casa sin dudarlo
