We stayed at this cute home. It worked just great for us.You can walk to downtown and to restaurants. The taco bla bla bla was great . There is a restaurant downtown for breakfast and lunch ,sweet Catherines was delicious. It was just a fun place to visit. The home is older but remodeled. The kitchen had everything we needed but we only ate breakfast there as we were visiting relatives,so we never cooked dinner but I am confident it wouldnt have been a problem. .It was a perfect spot for us. I would not hesitate to stay there again and will recommend it to my other relatives to stay there when visiting.

Very good value for the price and great space encompassing a few bedrooms, large living room, and open kitchen/dining area. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, but no coffee was provided for the drip machine or Kurig. Bathrooms were remodeled nicely and well-stocked with towels and hand soap, but lacked standard shampoo and body soap offered at many BnBs. Furniture and doors were quite squeaky and the floors and a few walls are visibly uneven—no big deal for a short stay, but detracts from overall satisfaction. One note on the HVAC: it must manually be changed from heat to cool which can be a pain during spring/fall when mornings are cool but the temperature warms significantly during the day. Would recommend for a small family visiting the area on a budget. Being near a small park and downtown Fountain Inn is great, but certainly not the same experience as downtown Simpsonville or Greenville.
