Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below. The holiday flat with separate entrance is pleasantly cool in summer and cosily warm in winter and has a total size of 85 m2. You will find a large living room with dining area and couch set with satellite TV. There are two separately accessible bedrooms, one with a 180x200 bed and one with a 140x200 bed. The couch in the living room can be made up for another person. The kitchen has everything needed for longer stays: a spacious fridge with separate freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine (without dryer). There is wifi throughout the flat. The flat is on the ground floor to ground floor (house is on a slope). For long winter evenings there are also shelves filled with board games and books for children and adults. On request, preferably in advance, we can also provide you with toys (Duplo, Lego, etc.) or simple bobsleds. The house is surrounded by a larger, natural meadow with berry bushes, some fruit trees and many other bushes and trees, which is also available to the guests. A large forest begins directly behind the house. The holiday home therefore offers absolute peace and quiet for sleeping. Children can play on the adjacent meadow, build snowmen or go bobsleighing. Parking is possible on the property without any problems, but as mentioned above, the house is only accessible in winter with four-wheel drive or with snow kets. It is also no problem to arrive with larger sports equipment, such as bicycles, sledges, skis, etc. Despite the quiet location off the road, the village centre with supermarket, the station of the Fichtelbergbahn, a small ski lift with sledging slope and several restaurants are easily accessible within a radius of 1 km.
