This cute little house was the perfect spot to rest or enjoy a meal, or a neighbourhood jog. Great coffee within walking distance and we loved the use of the washing machine. The kids loved the yard.

Very pleased with our stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants and shops, and very close to downtown area. Easy to get to. Cozy house with great size fenced-in yard. Only comments I would make is that the light switches are on the outside walls of rooms which can make it awkward to use. Also no outlets in bedroom (one behind bed) so had to charge phone in kitchen (not a major issue). Amazon Prime did not work but we had no issues using Netflix and wasn’t at house long enough for it to be a concern. Exterior door was unlocked upon arrival but no concerns after we locked it. Finishing work in bathroom, kitchen, and foyer could use a touch up (around tub, sink, peeling ceiling paint, etc.) but these are minor cosmetic features that did not affect our stay. Murphy bed took a minute to figure out as it kept wanting to go back up, but after sleeping one night on it, it had no issues staying down. Would stay here again!!

What an absolutely fabulous Airbnb! Home was exactly as described and was super clean! Home was much bigger than I anticipated as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) plus our dog. Listing says sleeps 5 but there are only two beds and a couch so if the couch isn't your thing maybe make note but our kids didn't care so it worked fine for us! Huge yard with a great little fire pit which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is definitely in town so I wouldn't say super private but inside the home is pretty quiet. We could only hear the train thats a couple blocks away if we were outside and honestly it wasn't loud...no loud train horns just quiet rumbles on the tracks. Normal city noise is present but not at all disruptive. Pretty walkable to restaurants and museums but also an easy drive to get around town. We loved our time here and will absolutely stay again if we come back to Winnipeg!

We had a great stay at this place. The layout was nice and spacious, aesthetically pleasing (like the photos) but the bedroom was a lot smaller than we expected. However we made it work for our short stay. We had our daughter who’s under two years old with us and we had to move a few lamps and home decor items out of reach, but other than that it was great for a small family. We took advantage of the huge backyard and played outside at every opportunity. We didn’t find the train noise level to be over bearing surprisingly. The location is awesome, quiet peaceful street even with the new apartment building developments beside this house. It’s a short drive to downtown & the forks and we felt safe walking around the neighbourhood.
