The host's apartment is spacious, well equipped, attractive, has a great view of the valley and hills, and is mostly very clean, EXCEPT for a water stain and visible black mold on the ceiling above the bathtub (many clustered little back spots). We discovered this only late in the evening of our arrival for a multi-day reservation after any chance of finding someplace else to stay. Then the host refused to negotiate any change our reservation to just one night. If the host cleans away the back mold on the ceiling and develops skills in flexibility and civility, this would be a great place to stay.

The host's apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, beautifully located (with a dramatic view), and mostly very clean, EXCEPT for the water stain and clearly visible black mold growth above the bathtub. We discovered this when it was too late to find another place our first night of a multi-day reservation. Then the host was unwilling to voluntarily re-negotiate our multi-day reservation. If the host cleans away the mold on the ceiling and learns the value of civility and flexibility in business arrangements, this will be a great place to stay.
