We have had a lot of luck with Air BnB’s being even better than their pictures, and this home far surpassed its pictures. When we walked in, all I could hear was the rest of the family saying ‘wow’ about the wonderful views of the cove from the home’s balconies. Sometimes one bedroom is not as nice as the others, here, every bedroom was a winner - and beyond. The house is very spacious and the kitchen and laundry are exceptionally well equipped. The location is ideal for the beach, for grocery shopping, and for the wonderful restaurants of Cala D’Or. The home is so nice the family was already saying they would like to return to this house during next April’s vacation. With all these superlatives, perhaps the thing that most stood out was the assortment of toys, an inside and outside table for kids and kitchen ware for kids. Our 3 year old grandson had hours of fun in the ocean and the pool - but during down time, he had an amazing time playing with the huge assortment of toys.

We spent a week in October in this truly fantastic house and felt very comfortable. Lucy and the team on site are really great and immediately on hand for anything that might be needed. The house really leaves nothing to be desired in terms of facilities and location. The interior is high quality and nothing has been spared in the kitchen either. Bathrobes, Towels, Shampoo etc. makes you feel like in a 4-Star Hotel We would love to come back as soon as possible.

Beware of this terrible host for a nicely located property. Our experience was marred by the host's attempt to scam us with additional charges for damages and cleaning, despite the already high cleaning fee. Ironically, the property itself was in a very poor and dirty condition upon arrival. It was not ready, and even on the second day, the facilitator admitted that they had only sent one cleaner for half a day and the dry-cleaning service was closed. Although they sent another cleaner on the second day, the condition of the property did not meet the standards expected for the price category. We found dirty bed sheets and towels with stains, as well as dirty cups and plates in the kitchen cabinets. To make matters worse, we even discovered a used band-aid in the shower! On a positive note, the location of the property is right on the beach. We enjoyed spending most of our time outside of the house, taking advantage of this. However, this was not surprising given the aforementioned.
