Very convenient location, good access to public transport. Typical nice London house on many floors. Private space secured for all family members. Cosy and comfortable house. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and living room areas. Big master bedroom and bathroom. Nice Postal Museum almost next door. Julian was friendly and responsive. We had a very good stay.

Julian's townhouse was great for a group of young people traveling together or families with older kids. As others mentioned, there are A LOT of stairs and they narrow the higher you get. It was probably a bit ambitious for our group in hindsight, considering we had my parents and our 10 year old kids so I didn't love them sleeping several floors below us. Overall though, the location is pretty good and central and the house is clean and comfortable. It is a good 10 min walk to the nearest tube station. Floorplan layout: STREET ENTRANCE: Floor 2 - 2nd living room with leather sectional and sleeper sofa (Doubles as 5th Bedroom) BELOW: Floor 1 - Kitchen, dining and main, smaller living room with outdoor garden (best feature of the house!) 3 Stairs down - Single bed in a very tiny room, no windows ABOVE: Floor 3 - King bedroom with tub and shower en suite bathroom Floor 4 - 2 Double bedrooms with shared tub bathroom Floor 5 - King bedroom with shower en suite bathroom

Absolutely lovely flat. We were traveling as a family of 4 with 2 grandparents and were able to space out as well as gather comfortably in the common spaces. Location was great. Kings Cross station was close and a great option to get you anywhere in the city. Buses were close and easy to manage as well. Felt safe in the area and the noise was very minimal from the street. You are still in the city so anything we did hear was expected. I will note that the kitchen and living room was on the lowest level with a floor in between the first bedroom so that was awesome for those that wanted to stay up- no disturbances to those sleeping. Check in and out were no hassle and made it 100 times better then a list of to dos when we were trying to get out at 6am for the airport. Julian was quick to answer any questions and followed up to ensure we were all settled and comfortable. Highly recommend and will if we return hope to stay here again.
