I would stay again! The views from the backyard are breathtaking. Beds are comfortable and slept like a baby. Loved the shower!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very very clean. Lots of extra linens and blankets if needed. Board games to play. Everyone's favorite part was the backyard!! The kids loved the playground and the pool. The pool was perfect size for the kids (ages 2, 8, 9, and 16). The pool was colder than we were hoping for, but I think it was because of the time of the year and I should have let her know sooner that we wanted it warmed. The heat is adjusted off site by the host, and that was hard because I didn't want to keep bothering her. The hot tub did stay perfectly warm! It was about 10-15min from the lake, which was nice because there wasn't a lot of traffic, loudness, or craziness, especially during spring break. Also, the couch was so comfy, I want one for my house! I would definitely recommend staying here! Alex was very responsive to our needs. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home we had an amazing time and will definitely stay again when we visit Lake Havasu.

Great place, would definitely recommend it, and stay again. The kids loved the play area and hot tub. Everything was clean and decoration was very detailed.

Great spot! No complaints other than for those wanting/needing to use the garage there is no access.
