This is a great place for a small group meet. The Roundhouse is a unique design with great vibes. A wonderful feature is the huge terrace that overlooks the new vineyard and past to a pond and forest. The terrace includes a hot tub, which was clean and hot. Also on the terrace is a fire ring with plenty of wood, and two sets of outdoor furniture. The traffic on the local road is minimal. We were delighted to see a mama bear and her 3!! Cubs walking in the forest 400 meters away (and well outside the property’s fences). I think the owners are new to Airbnb as this is the first review. After our booking had been confirmed, the owners required that we sign a separate contract, and produce personal details like my employer, landlord etc. This was a surprise that delayed the process; we would have liked to have known about this before our Airbnb was confirmed. I understand the need for diligence in determining who will stay in this fine property, but asking for the info after booking was a nuisance. The photos do not show that the same property has two other dwellings, that are close enough that we could hear music played in their premises. Not a problem for us, but some people might want greater privacy. In conclusion: this is a rare and fabulous place. Clean, great communication, well appointed. Highly recommended!
